Performance tests according to standard

We develop test rigs for testing

  • compressors and other components for refrigeration cycles
  • heat pumps

The degree of automation ranges from manual operation, to partially automated operation, to fully automated, unmanned operation. We offer standard measurements guaranteed by the use of precision measurement instruments. All components are of very high quality and qualified by 25 years of test rig construction at the ILK Dresden. With 3D-Visualisations, we are able to design the test rig for the local space conditions. We build test rigs for indoor conditions or into a container for outdoor setup. This is especially interesting for flammable refrigerants.

The test rigs are build, test and commissioned in our own shop. For high reliability and accuracy, we offer inexpensive maintenance contracts including calibration service.
