ICTEA - 17th International Conference on Thermal Engineering - Theory and Applications

Valetta (Malta)

ICTEA will take place in Valletta (Malta) from June 22 to 24, 2026. 17th International Conference on Thermal Engineering - Theory and Applications.

Thermal engineering is one of the core disciplines of modern mechanical engineering and forms the basis for numerous technological innovations. The focus is on the storage, transfer, and conversion of thermal energy within complex thermal systems. The field combines key aspects of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer to develop efficient and sustainable technical solutions.

The conference is dedicated to current developments, challenges, and future prospects in thermal engineering. The focus is on innovative approaches to the design and optimization of energy-efficient systems. In addition, the latest research findings and industrial developments will be presented. The event offers scientists, engineers, and industry partners a platform for interdisciplinary exchange, technological discussions, and international networking in the field of thermal systems and energy technology.

ILK Dresden is expected to be present at the event to present a paper titled “An Experimental Study on the Efficiency of Inclined Thermosyphons” by J. Schlicke, R. Mulka, and M.H. Buschmann.
