Your main areas of expertise:
- You will manufacture, assemble, and install equipment, components, and test facilities in accordance with design documents (e.g., R&I flow diagrams,
- 3D design drawings, bills of materials, assembly instructions), taking into account applicable standards and safety regulations
- You are responsible for the construction, testing, and commissioning of cryogenic plants and systems, as well as associated control and regulation technology
- You perform leak and functional tests in accordance with current guidelines and document the results
- You will analyze, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions in cryogenic systems using measurement, testing, and analysis technology (e.g., data loggers,
- leak detectors, digital control systems).
- You will implement the installation and operation of systems and components with vacuum insulation
- As part of your duties, you will occasionally travel for work
Your qualifications, whether you are just starting your career or have professional experience:
- Completed technical vocational training combined with many years of professional experience
- Qualification in TIG welding as well as in-depth knowledge of hard and soft soldering processes (particularly in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13585) and modern
- joining techniques such as press-fit connections.
- Knowledge and certification as a qualified electrician for specified tasks (EFKffT) is a plus
- Expertise in handling cryogenic media, forklift certification, and crane certification are a plus
- Proficiency in current standards, guidelines, and safety regulations, including the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU), the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), and VDI/VDE guidelines
- A structured, independent, and safety-conscious approach to work, as well as the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary project environments
