Everyone knows soft ice cream and almost everyone likes it
Soft ice cream comes in different flavors, which is a good thing because, since soft ice cream is slightly warmer than hard ice cream (-18 °C), we can taste the flavors much better. However, its basic ingredients are no different from those of hard ice cream. The particularly soft consistency of soft ice cream comes from the fact that only small amounts of the liquid are frozen in the freezing cylinder and an agitator continuously removes (scrapes) the frozen ice cream from the walls of the cylinder and keeps it in constant motion... until it lands in a crispy ice cream cone.
