The ILK Dresden workshop is equipped with a modern and technologically versatile machine park. This enables the flexible and precise manufacturing of a wide variety of components. In addition to conventional machining processes, we use state-of-the-art CNC-controlled milling and turning machines, which allow us to efficiently manufacture highly complex and precise components.
Unparalleled precision in joining technology
We also rely on state-of-the-art processes and the highest precision in the field of joining technology. Using MAG and TIG welding techniques, as well as various brazing methods, we can process a wide variety of materials in a flexible, material-appropriate, and application-oriented manner.

Additive manufacturing processes such as 3D printing round out the range of options and open up entirely new possibilities, particularly when it comes to the rapid production of prototypes and functional models.
