Objective

Laboratory analyses of working fluids are used to evaluate the fluids from the development stage through incoming goods inspections and monitoring of the systems during operation, up to failure analysis. Early detection of changes in fluids and materials reduces the risk of failure and supports the optimization of processes and products.

Description

Our laboratories are equipped with specialized infrastructure for chemical and physical analysis for automotive, refrigeration, and air conditioning sectors.

We support you with our expertise regarding the following issues: • Analysis of refrigerants and refrigerant mixtures • Analysis of fresh and used refrigeration oils • Analysis of cooling water and heat transfer fluids • Analysis of LiBr brines from absorption refrigeration systems • Determination of physical, chemical, thermodynamic, and electrical properties of refrigerants, lubricants, and their mixtures • Characterization of fluids and materials for stationary and mobile refrigeration technology

In addition to testing in according to existing standards and guidelines, we also develop customized testing methods. In these cases, you gain from our many years of experience in research projects and industrial testing. Furthermore, we are active in standards committees and contribute to the development of new industry standards. This allows us to offer you not only established testing methods but also to apply the latest developments in practice.
